Whether you knew it or not, or believe it or not, your mother lived an extraordinary life. This workshop encourages and empowers people to write the story of their mothers' lives. Using the formula developed by Marilyn Norry, participants will simply capture the facts of where their mother was born, to whom and what happened next. This exercise of investigating and putting memories in order provides a fresh appreciation for legacy and results in a rich story to share with family and friends.
At the end of the class you can, if you want, submit your story and have it posted on this website thus adding to the world history of women's lives which have been lost for so long.
Private workshops can be arranged for groups interested in writing, collecting and publishing their mothers' stories. A proven community builder, they are also phenomenal exercises for personal growth.
Classes for individuals are also given from time to time.
