Submission Guidelines

In honour of Mother’s Day, send us something about your mom. You've got two options:

- something short which will be posted on the home page of My Mother's Story. This could be a saying, an anecdote, a recipe, a photo. Try to keep it under 300 words.

- or something profound: her whole story, which will be posted with our growing list of stories under Ultimate Stories. The guidelines for complete stories can be found at Ultimate Challenge.

In either case, tell us something about yourself - a brief description, what you do, where you live.  We’ll only post your name and last initial, but it’s always good to have context. If you’re sending a photo, please include a caption.

By sending anything to us, you agree that what you’re sending is true to the best of your knowledge, and agree that if anyone objects to what is posted, we will remove it. We won’t sell, trade, spindle, or mutilate your work but we may edit for brevity. In submitting words or images to us, you agree to take full legal responsibility for your submission. www.mymothersstory.org and Mothership Stories Society cannot be held responsible for any material that is deemed inaccurate, defamatory, or libelous.
